Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders within India. All transactions are processed on a PCI-DSS compliant gateway — we never store your card details.
Standard orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 5–7 business days. Remote pincodes may take an additional 2–3 days. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹99 fee applies below that threshold. We currently ship within India only. For time-sensitive requirements, reach out to us and we will do our best to prioritise your shipment.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability within the same window. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Sale and discounted items are non-returnable. If you receive a damaged piece, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
Modifications or cancellations can be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@attirebytatsavi.com. Once the order moves to processing, changes may not be possible. You can track your order status anytime using your order number on our Track Order page, and tracking updates are also sent via email once your order ships.
