Browse our collections, select your preferred size and colour, and add items to your cart. At checkout, we accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders within India. All transactions are processed on a PCI-DSS compliant gateway, and we never store your card details.
Standard orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 7–10 business days. Remote pincodes may take an additional 2–3 days. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹99 fee applies below that threshold. We currently ship within India only. For time-sensitive requirements, reach out to us and we will do our best to prioritise your shipment.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability within the same window. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Sale and discounted items are non-returnable. If you receive a damaged piece, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
If you have an account, you can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order: log in, open the order under My Orders in your profile, and tap Cancel Order. For prepaid orders the refund is initiated automatically to your original payment method. If you checked out as a guest, or the 2-hour window has passed, email attirebytatsavi@gmail.com and we will help. You can track any order on our Track Order page using your order number, and we send tracking updates by email once it ships.
