We make returns and exchanges simple. If something doesn't work out, we're here to help, no hassle, no fuss.
Email us at attirebytatsavi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Ensure all original tags and labels are attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Changed your mind? You can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. If you have an account, log in and cancel it yourself from My Orders. If you checked out as a guest, email attirebytatsavi@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders can be cancelled the same way at no charge.
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. If it's already on its way, you're welcome to use the returns process above once it arrives.
Exchanges are available for a different size of the same product, subject to availability. For exchanges, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
